Keeping Your Account Secure

Prohibited Activities
Your account may be temporarily suspended, restricted, or permanently closed if you engage in any of the following activities:

- Attempting unauthorized system access, hacking, software tampering, or manipulation of results.
- Trying to access or use another user’s account or information without permission.
- Using a false identity, fraudulent information, or an unauthorized payment method.
- Taking part in money laundering, unlawful fund transfers, or any other illegal financial activity.
Payment, Transaction, and Account Policies
Deposits and Withdrawals
All transactions on CK44 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳/BDT). Deposits may be made through supported mobile-wallet services, bank transfer, or XOPAY recharge where available. Follow the cash-out instructions shown by the system carefully, as using an incorrect channel or entering inaccurate details may delay or cancel the transaction. The standard minimum deposit is ৳100, although any current campaign terms or time-specific instructions will take priority.
Account verification may need to be completed before a withdrawal, along with any required transaction or wagering conditions. If you claim a CK44 welcome bonus, 50% first-deposit offer, second gift, or up to 30% slot loss recovery bonus, the applicable wagering or turnover requirement must be met before funds can be withdrawn. Bonus value, eligibility, limits, and expiry are governed by the live campaign rules. Account Suspension or Closure Policy
CK44 may temporarily suspend an account, restrict transactions, or close an account permanently in any of the following circumstances:
- There is evidence that these Terms or the rules of a promotion have been breached.
- There are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, irregular betting, or other improper conduct.
- False, forged, or misleading information was supplied during registration.

After an account is closed, any remaining legitimate balance will be returned once the necessary checks are complete and subject to the applicable rules.

Intellectual Property
The CK44 logo, designs, software, written content, images, graphics, and other materials belong to CK44 or the relevant licensors.

Changes to These Terms and Governing Law
